Since developing the PDF Remote Printing Method in 1994, Kevin has worked with newspapers throughout North America and spoken at hundreds of industry-related conferences. Since 1997 he has served as director of the Institute of Newspaper Technology, a continuing education program for newspaper publishers, designers and technical gurus located on campus at the University of Tennessee. In 2006, Kevin founded BrainCast, an online training program for newspaper staffs. His syndicated column is carried by more than 60 industry publications in the U.S., Canada, Asia and Australia.
